Panooc (they/them) returns to Fortune Signal with the Remedy EP, their follow-up to last year's Make It Real EP. Inspired by the Scottish artist's time in New York City and building community with the XOXA collective they co-founded, Remedy features two high-energy, groove-driven tracks, plus a jackin' remix from Fortune Signal co-founder D.D. Curry.

The title track "Remedy" is a pulsing acid house banger, complete with a driving 303 bassline, insistent backbeat, and a flirtatious vocal sample. "S&S" offers a darker vibe with deep rolling bass, haunting vocals, and eerie piano lines, perfect for taking the energy level up a notch. London-based D.D. Curry flips "S&S" into a New York house-inspired rework that features a funky synth bass hook and shuffling drum pattern. It's the duo's first collab since 2022's Give Some EP, featured on Logic1000's Mixmag compilation. With previous support from tastemaking selectors like I. JORDAN, Jaguar, and Gina Breeze, Panooc is poised to impress once again with the Remedy EP, a fresh evolution of their powerful club sound.
